At our hospital, we use a triage based system, similar to the human emergency room. Upon arrival you will be checked in by reception, and then triaged by a technician. Most emergent cases will be seen first.

We are located on the east side of Saint John in Parkway Mall. We are on the shorter side of the building around the corner from Pharmasave.

Our dedicated staff are here 24/7 to make your pet a priority. This means we always have a Veterinarian, a Registered Veterinary Technician, and a Veterinary Assistant on staff at all hours of the day, even holidays!
